Easter

Travis got his Easter Basket full of a few goodies first thing Sunday morning.

He was quick to discover some new colors and wanted some "pay-poo" stat for his artwork.  Pre-7am coloring sessions in last season's Halloween pjs are the bomb!!

Next he discovered his grass.  Why on earth would I have even put that in there?  Duh!

After a great morning at "chuch" where we learned about "Jees-ush", we had a nap and then headed to Pepper's for an egg hunt and yummy dinner.

Papaw and Nana even joined us.

How precious is this??  Father's Day Gift for Papaw.  Check!

The giver of the stamps.  He loves getting stamps at Little Gym and likes giving them almost as much.

Easter Egg Hunt at Lolly & Popsie's

We awesomely tagged along to Lolly (Noah's dad's folks) and Teenie's 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt last Saturday!  Weather was good, food was better, and the company was awesome.

Easter is about celebrating our risen Savior and having awesome family time (even if it isn't our family)!  So glad that we were able to enjoy both this past weekend.

T's first go at egg hunting.  B and T had been practicing for a few days, but T just wants to eat whatever is inside each one before moving on to the next one.  I totally can understand that dilemma.  :)

He has his mouth full in every picture.  Love this little snack monster!!

Bubble gun fun.  Totally need to pick one of these up.

Drama ensues in 3..2..1..  Still working on sharing...

Ringo, the cat, was a huge hit with Travis.

Noah (T calls him "nona") would rather be monkeying around.  Love this little daredevil, too!

T checking out Krista's photog skills.

What a fun time!!

Savannah #3

On Saturday morning, we got up bright and early for our Paula Deen tour.  We learned about her life and got to sample some of the spots featured on her cooking show.  This is where she gets her homemade marshmallows!

This is her new favorite cupcake shop.  Nothing says vacay like a cupcake at 10am.

After seeing where she got her "Bag Lady" start, we went to Uncle Bubba's (her brother's) restaurant for lunch.  Tasty!

Saturday afternoon we enjoyed massages and a nap and then was treated to a 5 star dinner!  The peach tart and peach ice cream was all I took a pic of, but the whole meal was delicious!

After dinner, we strolled around Forsyth Park.  I was wearing this black maternity maxi dress and all my pics literally look like a floating head or shamu - neither of which are appropriate for viewing.

On Sunday morning, we enjoyed one last breakfast and headed off to the airport to come home.  Thankful for a relaxing getaway and thankful for the family that awaited us.
